Real Jardín Botánico

The Real Jardín Botánico is an 8-hectare botanical garden in Madrid, entered from Plaza de Murillo next to the Prado Museum. Its terraced layout and radiating paths were designed in the 18th century.

Pause at the central fountain, then wander the medicinal plant collection. Best on a spring morning when the rose garden is in bloom.
