Palacio Real de Madrid

The Royal Palace of Madrid is the official residence of the Spanish royal family, used primarily for state ceremonies. It is the largest palace in Western Europe by floor space, with over 135,000 m² and 3,418 rooms.

Look for the grand staircase and the Throne Room inside. For an exterior view, stand in the Plaza de la Armería to take in the full symmetrical façade.
